Volleyball Performance Training Program
Force Sports Center is proud to again offer our elite, 8-week, SUMMER strength training program to improve player's performance on the court. Sessions will be a combination of strength, power, agility, and reaction training. It will also include volleyball specific conditioning, to improve your vertical jump, speed, agility, power, and more! Testing will be conducted at the beginning and at the end of the program to assess performance and progress on each athlete throughout the 8 weeks!
8 week Elite Program
- June 2nd-July 29th
- 24 sessions (3/week) every Monday / Wednesday / Thursday
- 8a-9a (1 hour daily)
- $250 for all 24 sessions
- LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE
- At this time we are expecting a full registration PLUS waitlist. We will not be offering a walk up option
60 spots per age group:
- Development: 11s-14s
- Optimization: 15s-18s
Camp is run by The Performance Republic and Dr. Aaron Stares. Dr. Aaron is a certified Personal Trainer AND Chiropractor who specializes in Sports Performance, Therapy and Rehabilitation. He is known for his ongoing Injury Prevention and Strength Training. His practice is The Performance Republic right here in San Antonio. This will be Dr. Aaron's third year running the Force Sports Center's Summer Strength and Conditioning Program!
